Mission

To empower persons with developmental disabilities and their families to ensure that they as citizens are valued, and that they  can participate fully in and contribute to the life of their community.

Financials

The Arc Livingston is a 501(c) (3) non-profit membership organization that relies purely on donations to continue our work of helping those with disabilities in our community.

The Arc Livingston 2026 Impact Report highlighting the organization’s impact serving people with developmental disabilities and their families. In 2026, The Arc Livingston directly served 833 families, provided 6,921 free one-on-one services to individuals with disabilities, and connected with 4,547 community members through outreach. Of those served, 492 were new families, representing 59% of families receiving no-cost support for the first time. Twenty-nine percent of families served face financial hardship, and 98% report significant life improvement due to The Arc’s free support. A parent testimonial shares gratitude for connecting their son with supports they did not know existed. The report includes a photo of two people representing The Arc Livingston at a community outreach table.
